- You play whatever you find A bag of mixed found balls means your wedge spin changes shot to shot. Nothing else in your set is allowed to be that inconsistent.
- You buy on the box Cover, compression and dimple count are engineering decisions matched to a swing speed. The word on the front of the sleeve is marketing.

How the session runs
One hour on TrackMan, testing the ball rather than the club.
Driver spin
Too much spin and the ball climbs and stalls. Too little and it falls out of the sky. This is where the biggest distance is found or lost.
Approach spin
How the ball behaves coming into a green from a full iron — the number that decides whether you can attack a flag.
Greenside spin
Short shots around the green, where cover material dominates and the difference between balls is at its most obvious.

What gets measured
The numbers behind the recommendation.
Every session runs on TrackMan 4 with Optically Enhanced Radar Tracking. These are the parameters the decision is built on, and they are yours whatever you decide to do next.
- Club speed
- How fast the head is travelling. Everything else is scaled to it.
- Ball speed
- The energy that actually got into the ball.
- Smash factor
- Ball speed divided by club speed — a direct readout of strike quality.
- Launch angle
- The angle the ball leaves at, set by loft and delivery together.
- Spin rate
- What keeps the ball up, and what makes it climb and stall when there is too much.
- Dynamic lie
- The lie angle at impact, not at address — the one that decides start direction.
- Impact height
- Where on the face you struck it, in millimetres.
- Impact offset
- How far towards heel or toe the strike sat.
- Carry and total
- Where it lands, and where it finishes.

Questions
Before you book.
Do I have to buy clubs at the end of it?
No. The session is paid for on its own and the numbers are yours to keep. If the honest answer is that the clubs in your bag are already right for you, that is the answer you will get.
What should I bring?
The clubs you play now, and a golf glove and shoes if you have them. Measuring your current set is how we prove whether anything actually improved.
I am a beginner. Is this wasted on me?
It is the opposite. A beginner learning on clubs that are the wrong length and lie spends years building a swing that compensates for the equipment.
Which brands can you fit me into?
10 of them — Mizuno, Srixon, Cleveland, XXIO, Ping, GG Putters, TaylorMade, Cobra, Titleist, Callaway. The studio is brand-agnostic, so the recommendation follows your numbers rather than a stockroom.
